Thank you for being a part of our Service Learning segment of my Industry Attachment Scheme collaboration with Foundation of the Arts and Social Enterprise for ‘Utopia Reimagined’. I am so pleased that you were able to volunteer your time and lend us your talents in assisting us in the sounding engineering post-production aspects to achieve the stereo and Dolby Atmos immersive audio final mixes.

 

You have demonstrated a deep understanding for the creative and technical aspects of audio mixing, incorporating elements of automation, dynamics, equalisation, and time-based effects, alongside bed and object panning in Dolby Atmos to achieve our final mixes for “Utopia Reimagined: If You Knew”. The track, a collaboration between Dru Chen and renowned Singaporean singer-songwriter Charlie Lim will be released on all streaming platforms on May 19th 2023, alongside social media assets and audio-music visualisers highlighting your Service Learning journey and work alongside your Diploma in Sonic Arts (Republic Polytechnic) peers. This soundtrack contributes to “1 million towards Utopia” campaign which generates awareness through fundraising, commissioning, and education to promote the arts as a creative impulse that drives Singapore as a first world society. Foundation for The Arts and Social Enterprise, founded in 2013, has been recognized as an Institute of Public Character arts charity that aims to bring Singapore arts to the global stage.
